Yum! Started with the green scallion pancake and then had the braised pork belly. The pancake was light and crispy, not what I was expecting, but it was very good. The pork belly came with mushrooms and quail eggs. An interesting, delicious combination. I love this place. It may seem pricey but remember tip is included in the pricing.
This place was more an experience than a meal. Some of the food was a little out there for me, but it was well prepared, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I got to try some things I would never have otherwise. Had an amazing experience here. I loved that everything was made in a traditional way, while using good quality ingrediants. I also really enjoyed the comfortable atmosohere and excellent service. I will come again when I visit Jacksonville.
First time eating Japanese food in Jacksonville. This was the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. I feel like I’ve never really had true Japanese food till tonight. Service was also excellent. Good place to stop and grab some food. I had the General Tso’s chicken, which was good but not really spicy.
